This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 50.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 65-90 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

>95% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Human B7-1, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
The purity of Human B7-1, Fc Tag (Cat. No. B71-H5259) is more than 95% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 125-135 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
Immobilized Human / Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque CD28, Fc Tag (Cat. No. CD8-H525a) on CM5 Chip can bind Human B7-1, Fc Tag (Cat. No. B71-H5259) with an affinity constant of 2.01 μM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore T200) (Routinely tested).
Loaded Human B7-1, Fc Tag (Cat. No. B71-H5259) on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human / Cynomolgus / Rhesus macaque CD28, His Tag (Cat. No. CD8-H52Hc) with an affinity constant of 5.1 μM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
Loaded Human B7-1, Fc Tag (Cat. No. B71-H5259) on Protein A Biosensor, can bind Human CTLA-4, His Tag, active dimer (Cat. No. CT4-H52H9) with an affinity constant of 0.498 nM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
FACS assay shows that Human B7-1, Fc Tag (Cat. No. B71-H5259) can bind to 293T cells overexpressing human CTLA4 protein. The concentration of Human B7-1 is 1 μg/mL (Routinely tested).
