This protein carries an Avi tag (Avitag™) at the C-terminus, followed by a polyhistidine tag.
The protein has a calculated MW of 20.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 36-47 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Loaded Biotinylated Human B7-H5, Avitag,His Tag (Cat. No. B75-H82E1) on SA Biosensor, can bind Human VSIG3, Fc Tag (Cat. No. VS3-H5258) with an affinity constant of 0.312 μM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (QC tested).
