This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 51.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 65-70 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
>90% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

The purity of Human IL-21 R, Fc Tag (Cat. No. ILR-H5257) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 115-135 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
Human IL-21, Tag Free (Cat. No. IL1-H5213) immobilized on CM5 Chip can bind Human IL-21 R, Fc Tag (Cat. No. ILR-H5257) with an affinity constant of 0.412 nM as determined in a SPR assay (Biacore 8K) (Routinely tested).
