Anti-Trastuzumab Antibody (AY1b) on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
Immobilized Trastuzumab at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-Trastuzumab Antibody (AY1b) (Cat. No. TRB-Y1b) with a linear range of 0.4-6 ng/mL (QC tested).

No. TRB-Y1b) at 2 μg/mL, add increasing concentrations of Trastuzumab in the 10% human serum and then add Biotinylated Anti-Trastuzumab Antibodies at 2 μg/mL.
