This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 53.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-65 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
>90% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 50 mM Tris, 100 mM Glycine, 150 mM NaCl, pH7.5. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

The purity of Human Siglec-15, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. SG5-H5254) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 115-130 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
Immobilized Human Siglec-15, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. SG5-H5254) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) on Diamond Protein A Protein, His Tag precoated (0.5 μg/well) plate can bind Neu5Ac(a2-6)GalNAc-PAA-biotin with a linear range of 0.02-0.313 μg/mL (QC tested).
