This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 111.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 120-130 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

The purity of Human FAP, Fc Tag (Cat. No. FAP-H5263) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 216-264 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
Immobilized Human FAP, Fc Tag (Cat. No. FAP-H5263) at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-FAP Antibody, Mouse IgG2a (FAP5) with a linear range of 0.2-3 ng/mL (QC tested).
