This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 22.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 26 kDa and 28-30 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Also appreciated the very quick shipping.- A***e2025-04-10 좋아요I used the TL1A in multiple experiments and the results were always consistent and reproducible. Different lots were used throughout a year long timeline and the results did not differ between lots. When shipping there was not ever any damaged packaging that could impact product quality.
