We deliver products to over 70 countries around the world. Most of our products are in lyophilized form and shipped at ambient temperature. You will receive your products within 1-7 business days. Overnight delivery is available only for destinations in the United States (except for Alaska and Hawaii) and Switzerland.

Temperature-sensitive enzymes and kits are shipped in liquid form with blue ice packs to ensure product stability.
Orders are fulfilled from our regional operation centers in America, Europe, or Asia, depending on product availability and destination.
