Recombinant Protein L, His Tag, also known as Recombinant Peptostreptococcus magnus Protein L, was expressed in E. coli at ACRObiosystems.

Molecular Characterization

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 42.2 kDa. The protein migrates as 45 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE).

Endotoxin

Less than 0.01 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.

Purity

>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Formulation

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in 100 mM NaH2PO4, pH8.5 with trehalose as protectant.
