This protein carries a mouse IgG2a Fc tag at the N-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 45.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 50 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Less than 0.01 EU per μg by the LAL method / rFC method.
Purity
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Human LIGHT Protein, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
Bioactivity-ELISA
Immobilized Human HVEM, His Tag (Cat. No. HVM-H52E9) at 5 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human LIGHT Protein, Mouse IgG2a Fc Tag (Cat. No. LIT-H5256) with a linear range of 0.3-5 ng/mL (QC tested).
