Molecular Characterization

PE-Labeled Human HLA-A*24:02&B2M&Survivin-2B (AYACNTSTL) Tetramer Protein is assembled by biotinylated monomer (HLN-H82E3) and PE-labeled streptavidin.

Biotinylated Human HLA-A*24:02&B2M&Survivin-2B (AYACNTSTL) Complex Protein is produced by co-expression of HLA and B2M loaded with Survivin-2B peptide. Biotinylated Human HLA-A*24:02&B2M&Survivin-2B (AYACNTSTL) Complex Protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
