FITC-Labeled Human CD30, His Tag (CD0-HF2H4) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Phe 19 - Lys 379 (Accession # NP_001234.2). It is the FITC labeled form of Human CD30, His Tag (Cat. No. CD0-H52H5).

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 40.4 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-100 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Labeling
The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with FITC using standard chemical labeling method. The residual FITC is removed by molecular sieve treatment during purification process.

The FITC to protein molar ratio is 2.5-4.5.
Purity
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4 with trehalose as protectant.

SDS-PAGE
FITC-Labeled Human CD30, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.
Bioactivity-ELISA
Immobilized Monoclonal Anti-Human CD30 Human Antibody, Human IgG1 at 2 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind FITC-Labeled Human CD30, His Tag (Cat. No. CD0-HF2H4) with a linear range of 10-313 ng/mL (QC tested).

2e5 of anti-CD30 CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 1 μg/mL of FITC-Labeled Human CD30, His Tag (Cat. No.CD0-HF2H4) and negative control protein respectively, FITC signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).

좋아요Our research group work with CAR-T therapy for the treatment of hematological malignancies, and use the Fitc-Labeled Human CD30 protein for detection of CAR30 cells in patients by flow cytometry. Our results are fantastic, because the observe consistency and a reproducible experiments by flow cytometry. The logistic speed is very effective and allows us to work always up to date with our projects.
