FITC-Labeled Human CD27 Ligand, His,Flag Tag (CDD-HF2D4) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ser 52 - Pro 193 (Accession # P32970-1). It is the FITC labeled form of Human CD27 Ligand Protein, His,Flag Tag (Cat. No. CDL-H52Da).

Molecular Characterization

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus, followed by a flag tag.

The protein has a calculated MW of 49.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-55 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Labeling

The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with FITC using standard chemical labeling method. The residual FITC is removed by molecular sieve treatment during purification process.

>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
