FITC-Labeled Human BCMA Protein, Fc Tag (BCA-HF254) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Met 1 - Ala 54 (Accession # Q02223-1). It is the FITC labeled form of Human BCMA, Fc Tag, premium grade (Cat. No. BC7-H5254).

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 32.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-44 kDa under reducing (R) condition, and 60-75 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under non-reducing (NR) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Labeling
The primary amines in the side chains of lysine residues and the N-terminus of the protein are conjugated with FITC using standard chemical labeling method. The residual FITC is removed by molecular sieve treatment during purification process.

The FITC to protein molar ratio is 1.5-3.
Purity
>92% as determined by SDS-PAGE.

Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4 with trehalose as protectant.

- -70°C for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.

SDS-PAGE
FITC-Labeled Human BCMA Protein, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) and non-reducing (NR) conditions. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 92% (With Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker).
Bioactivity-ELISA
Immobilized Human BAFF, Fc Tag at 10 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind FITC-Labeled Human BCMA Protein, Fc Tag (Cat. No. BCA-HF254) with a linear range of 0.02-1.25 μg/mL (QC tested).

Bioactivity-FACS
2e5 of anti-BCMA CAR-293 cells were stained with 100 μL of 3 μg/mL of FITC-Labeled Human BCMA Protein, Fc Tag (Cat. No. BCA-HF254) and negative control protein respectively. FITC signal was used to evaluate the binding activity (QC tested).
