The product is specific for Human BCMA Protein extracellular, and can inhibit the interaction between BCMA and BAFF (IC50= 14.79 μg/mL), BCMA and APRIL (IC50= 17.03 μg/mL). It also has cross reactivity with Cynomolgus & Mouse BCMA protein.
