When establishing reporter gene assays, signal response may vary between various reporter cell lines. Researchers spent major efforts to pick the right reporter cell line to optimize the signal. Throughout this process, validated positive samples within the existing reporter cell lines are kept as the reference for future repurchase or switching.
To assist and shorten the decision time when you are choosing ACROBiosystems reporter cell line, we offer a free Reporter Cell Line Validation Service.
To take advantage of this service, researchers only need to provide previously validated positive samples to ACROBiosystems’s US lab to perform the validation using the desired reporter cell line to deliver EC50 and antibody neutralization data. This validation enables a timely assessment of the cell line’s suitability in real application scenarios, reduce uncertainty associated with method transition, and improve the stability and efficiency of subsequent experiments.
Zero-cost validation service to ensure worry-free switch by verifying signal response in ACROBiosystems’s reporter cell lines using validated positive samples before purchase.
Evaluate the compatibility between the reporter cell line and your existing assay system before purchase
Build confidence in cell line performance during the product selection stage.
Lower procurement risk through decisions made from validation results.

TSHR (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell (Cat. No. CHEK-ATF187)The anti-human TSHR agonistic antibody demonstrated a clear dose-dependent activation response in the ACRO TSHR reporter cell line. The EC50 of anti-human TSHR agonistic antibody was approximately 0.1767 μg/mL with the max induction fold 30.53, indicating potent agonistic activity. The isotype control showed negligible response, confirming the high specificity and low background of the reporter system. These results demonstrate that the TSHR reporter cell line is highly sensitive and suitable for functional evaluation of agonistic antibodies targeting GPCR pathways.
Human GLP-1R (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell (Cat. No. CHEK-ATF096)
Bioactivity analysis of human GLP-1R agonist (FOLD). This reporter cell was incubated with serial dilutions of Tirzepatide (a dual GLP-1R and GIPR agonist). The max induction fold was approximately 334.81.
Human DR3 (TL1A receptor) (Luc) Jurkat Reporter Cell (Cat. No. SCJUR-STF178) Inhibition of human TL1A protein-induced reporter activity. This reporter cell was incubated with serial dilutions of antibodies in the presence of human TL1A protein (Cat. No. TLA-H5243) with a final concentration of 0.02 μg/mL. The EC50 of anti-human TL1A neutralizing antibody is approximately 0.018 μg/mL.
Human TACI (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell (Cat. No. CHEK-ATF197) Inhibition of human BAFF protein-induced reporter activity by human BAFF and APRIL dual inhibitor. The Human TACI (Luc) HEK293 Reporter Cell was incubated with serial dilutions of inhibitors in the presence of human BAFF protein (Cat. No. BAF-H52D4) with a final concentration of 0.3 μg/mL. The EC50 of Telitacicept is approximately 0.1883 μg/mL. The EC50 of Atacicept is approximately 0.1956 μg/mL.
