Product Overview
MET is a tyrosine kinase receptor for the hepatocyte growth factor. It is linked to functions such as cell proliferation, scattering, morphogenesis, and survival. Ligand binding at the cell surface induces autophosphorylation of MET that provides docking sites for downstream signaling molecules. The C-MET IHC Antibody (1A1) is a ready-to-use antibody working solution to detect C-MET across tumors to identify patients eligible for multiple targeted therapies. Kit product are manufactured in a dedicated GMP facility and are compliant with our ISO 13485 quality management system.
