Application
FITC Antibody Labeling Kit provides a rapid and simple method for achieving covalently coupling of FITC and antibody molecules. The conjugated antibody can be used straight away without further purification step and antibody loss.
It is for research use only.
Storage
1. Unopened kit should be stored at -20℃ upon receiving.
2. Find the expiration date on the outside packaging and do not use reagents past their expiration date.
Assay Principles
The pre-activated FITC dye can be covalently conjugated with the primary amino groups on the antibody surface to form a stable FITC-antibody conjugate.

Binding signal of products prepared by different size of FITC antibody labeling Kit (ALK-A003). The result shows very high consistency (QC tested).
The binding signal of FITC labeled anti-FMC63 antibody using ALK-A003 Kit was higher than the other competitor kit (Routinely tested).
2.5e5 RC222 cells (anti-CD19 CAR-293 cells) and jurkat cells (with expression of the CD3 antigen) were stained with 100μL of 3 μg/mL FITC labeled antibody, and analyzed with FACS.
The results show ALK-A003 can be used for different antibodies conjugation.
