Policy & Terms:
1. Participating Country/Region: United States
2. The sample application or the order needs to be submitted within 30 days of referral
3. Only free samples and orders that include QC solution catalog numbers listed above and are confirmed by the sales team are considered valid for reward eligibility
4. The gift card will be sent upon valid free sample request or order
5. ACRObiosystems reserves the right to disqualify suspicious referrals or fake email referrals without notice
6. Referrers MUST disclose that they are receiving an incentive for the referral
7. Rewards are considered taxable income and 1099s will be issued if annual earnings from rewards reach $600 or more
