This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 15.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 23-27 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

좋아요We got the TSLP recombinant protein from your company. The plan was to stimulate cell in vitro to see if it can induce a TH2 response. Your company offers the most cost effective option for the TSLP protein and with good customer service and express shipping. So far we do see some level of responses in the cells, we will perform more testing to validate the effects. The quality of the protein seems quite good and worth trying.
