This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the N-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 22.3 kDa. The protein migrates as 27 kDa and 29-33 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Within the expressed region, several mutations were introduced to optimize the protein expression and stability.
