SARS-CoV-2 Spike RBD (L452R, T478K), Fc Tag (SPD-C525e) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Arg 319 - Lys 537 (Accession # QHD43416.1 (L452R, T478K)). The L452R, T478K mutations were identified in the SARS-CoV-2 variants which emerged in India (known as Delta or B.1.617.2).

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 51.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 60-65 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
