This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 36.0 kDa. The protein migrates as 40 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

좋아요I Purchased this antigen for monoclonal antibody generation and antibody screening. The purity has been test by SDS-PAGE. It has a single band and no heterologous protein. It was used for antibody screening, and the screened antibody has a good affinity with the antigen.
