Mouse MMP-2 Protein, Fc Tag (MM2-M5253) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ala 30 - Cys 662 (Accession # P33434-1). It needs to be activated by agents such as APMA in vitro to have hydrolytic activity.
