This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

Human LAMP1, His Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 90%.

좋아요This was the first time working with ACRO products. The product was well packed and arrived very fast (even though I purchased it through VWR). I purchased two vials and so far we have seen no differences in the results, so I believe there are mostly no differences between batches. Biotinylation of this worked very well. I purchased these for an antibody phage display experiment and results have been promising. I will definitely use ACRO to purchase my proteins from now on.
