Biotinylated Human HLA-DRA1*01:01&HLA-DRB1*04:01 Monomer Protein (HL1-H82E5) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Ile 26 - Glu 216 (HLA-DRA1*01:01) & Gly 30 - Lys 227 (HLA-DRB1*04:01) (Accession # CAI2388006.1 (HLA-DRA1*01:01) & CAI9239961.1 (HLA-DRB1*04:01)).

Molecular Characterization

This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).

The protein has a calculated MW of 29.2 kDa and 28.8 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-40 kDa and 30-33 kDa when calibrated against Star Ribbon Pre-stained Protein Marker under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.

Labeling

Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.
