  • Molecular Characterization

    APC-Labeled Human HLA-A*01:01&B2M&MAGEA3 (EVDPIGHLY) Tetramer Protein is assembled by biotinylated monomer and APC-labeled streptavidin.

    Biotinylated Human HLA-A*01:01&B2M&MAGEA3 (EVDPIGHLY) Complex Protein is produced by co-expression of HLA-A*01:01 and B2M loaded with MAGEA3 peptide. Biotinylated Human HLA-A*01:01&B2M&MAGEA3 (EVDPIGHLY) Complex Protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus, followed by an Avi tag (Avitag™).
