Biotinylated Rat FCGRT&B2M Heterodimer Protein, Avitag,His Tag&Strep II Tag, produced by co-expression of FCGRT and B2M, has a calculated MW of 34.7 kDa (FCGRT) and 13.1 kDa (B2M). Subunit FCGRT is fused with an Avi tag (Avitag™) at the C-terminus, followed by a polyhistidine tag and subunit Beta-2 microglobulin (B2M) is fused with a Strep II tag at the C-terminus. The reducing (R) protein migrates as 45-50 kDa (FCGRT) and 14 kDa (B2M) respectively due to different glycosylation.
Labeling
Biotinylation of this product is performed using Avitag™ technology. Briefly, the single lysine residue in the Avitag is enzymatically labeled with biotin.

Passed as determined by the SABA assay / HABA assay / binding ELISA.
Purity
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
>90% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Formulation
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4 with trehalose as protectant.

Biotinylated Rat FCGRT&B2M Heterodimer Protein, Avitag,His Tag&Strep II Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.

좋아요I purchased rat fcrn from acrobio systems. It was a 25ug powder and I dissolved in my pbs buffer and aliquoted and kept in -20C. I used that fcrn to check the binding kinetics with human igg and assay was successful.FcRn was in high quality
