This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.

The protein has a calculated MW of 14.9 kDa. The protein migrates as 17-18 kDa, 20-22 kDa and 25-30 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to different glycosylation.
