resDetect™ HEK293T resDNA Ultra-Low Quantitation Kit (qPCR)

The 293T resDNA Quantitation Kit is designed for the quantitative detection of residual 293T host cell DNA in biomanufacturing processes that employ the 293T cell line, such as the production of viral vectors for gene therapy, CAR-T cell products, recombinant proteins, antibodies, and viral vaccines. Based on real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) technology, this kit delivers sensitive, specific, and reproducible quantification of residual 293T DNA with a lower limit of quantitation (LLOQ) of 3 fg/µL. This kit is applied after host cell DNA isolation from test samples. For improved DNA recovery and consistent performance, it is recommended to use the kit together with the HEK293 / HEK293T resDNA Sample Preparation Kit (Magnetic Beads) (Cat. No. OPA-R033).
