This antibody recognizes all four human IgG isotypes (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3, and IgG4) and multiple engineered variants, including: Human IgG1 (N297A), Human IgG1 (L234A/L235A), Human IgG1 (M252Y/S254T/T256E), Human IgG1 (L234F/L235E/P331S), Human IgG1 (S239D/I332E), Human IgG1 (S298A/E333A/K334A), Human IgG1 (T307A/E380A/N434A), Human IgG2 (A330S/P331S), Human IgG2 (P331S), Human IgG4 (S108P), and Human IgG4 (S228P/L235E).
Weak cross-reactivity with cynomolgus IgG was observed by ELISA, whereas no reactivity to mouse IgG isotypes (IgG1, IgG2a, IgG2b) was detected.
