Western blot analysis of Influenza A (turkey/Germany-MV/R2472/2014(H5N8)) HA Protein, His Tag (Cat. No. HA8-V52H3). The protein was loaded at 400 ng per lane and detected using Monoclonal Anti-Hemagglutinin/HA (Influenza Virus) (A/Hong Kong/483/1997 (H5N1)) Antibody, Human IgG1 (1A4) at 0.1 μg/mL, followed by HRP-conjugated Goat Anti-Human IgG, Fcγ fragment specific secondary antibody at a 1:2000 dilution. A specific band was detected at approximately 80 kDa.
