Bioactivity-ELISA
The binding activity of Biotinylated Monoclonal Anti-Camelid VHH Antibody, Rabbit IgG (M1A11) (Cat. No. CAH-BY2491a) to different humanized VHHs was evaluated by ELISA. Humanized VHHs were coated at 1 μg/mL. The antibody was serially diluted starting at 125 ng/mL, followed by incubation with an Streptavidin Protein-HRP, Horseradish peroxidase conjugated Streptavidin (Cat. No. STN-NH913) at 0.1 μg/mL. Absorbance was measured at 450 nm (Routinely tested).
