Rep 68분자 배경
Adeno-associated virus (AAV) is a single-stranded DNA virus, and the current scientific consensus is that it does not cause any human disease. It consists of a protein capsid and a single-stranded DNA genome of 4.7 kb in length, with two 'T' terminal inverted repeats (ITRs) at each end of the AAV genome. The rep genes in the AAV genome encode four proteins associated with viral replication, Rep78, Rep68, Rep52, and Rep40.

0사람들이 좋아합니다I used the Rep 68 Protein for a Western Blot positive control and it worked perfectly ! The signal I had was strong with a short time of exposure, and it was one clean band. Furthermore, I only used a few ng of the sample to load the Western Blot gel, so I can do many many Western Blots with a single tube. I also found it easy to handle as the reconstitution was clear.
