Endo H Background

Endoglycosidase H is a recombinant glycosidase which cleaves within the chitobiose core of high mannose and some hybrid oligosaccharides from N-linked glycoproteins. It is a recombinant glycosidase cloned from Streptomyces plicatus and overexpressed in E. coli.
