Raji cells were treated with Anti-CD20 Abs-Internalization Detection Reagent conjugate and Isotype control-Internalization Detection Reagent conjugate separately for 2 hours, then analysis by Flow cytometric. APC signal was used to evaluate the activity (QC tested).
