This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 41.5 kDa. The protein migrates as 55-60kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
>90% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Mouse CD28, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
The purity of Mouse CD28, Fc Tag (Cat. No. CD8-M5258) is more than 90% and the molecular weight of this protein is around 95-115 kDa verified by SEC-MALS.
Loaded Mouse CD28, Fc Tag (Cat. No. CD8-M5258) on Protein A Biosensor, can bind with Mouse B7-2, His Tag (Cat. No. CD6-M52H0) an affinity constant of 7.9 μM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (QC tested).
Loaded Mouse CD28, Fc Tag (Cat. No. CD8-M5258) on Protein A Biosensor, can bind with Mouse B7-1, His Tag (Cat. No. CD0-M5228) an affinity constant of 8.1 μM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
