This protein carries an Avi tag (Avitag™) at the N-terminus, followed by flag tag. The polyhistidine tag is inserted in-between the Avi tag and Flag tag
The protein has a calculated MW of 51.6 kDa. The protein migrates as 50-55 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
