This protein carries a polyhistidine tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 23.1 kDa. The protein migrates as 35-45 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
>90% as determined by SEC-MALS.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Rhesus macaque CD16, His Tag (Cat. No. FC6-R52H6) captured on CM5 Chip via anti-His antibody can bind Rituximab with an affinity constant of 0.232 μM as determined in SPR assay (Biacore T200) (QC tested).
Loaded Rhesus macaque CD16, His Tag (Cat. No. FC6-R52H6) on HIS1K Biosensor, can bind Rituximab with an affinity constant of 0.28 μM as determined in BLI assay (ForteBio Octet Red96e) (Routinely tested).
